I have been a loyal AAA member for 25 years in California,I transferred my auto insurance to Honolulu AAA after shipping my 1995 Chevy G20 cargo van here last year. Usually, I pay over the phone or use the AAA app to conduct business. This was my first visit to a brick & mortar store in years and my 1st visit to this location. I was greeted with ALOHA and promptly seated for a few minutes when an AAA agent came to assist me. She was very friendly and helpful in every way. I left feeling satisfied and that I accomplished the reason I stopped in the 1st place.

My battery died and managed to jump started had AAA meet me at the home instead of Safeway A young man name Chase from Osung auto, was projected to arrive 2 hours instead he arrived 40 mins instead. Very polite and quickly assessed a new battery was needed. If you don’t have AAA at least use Osung auto and ask for Chase- outstanding service Edie

Just left the building feeling great after receiving fast and very friendly service from two wonderful employees. They had my international driver’s license ready in under ten minutes. Highly recommend this place. My dog approves too!

Service was fast and easy for an IDP! Bring the right form, 2 passport photos, and credit card and you're all set. Parking was a little wonky, you have to drive through the garage parking lot. The AAA customer parking is right in front of their main entrance at the end of the first row of the garage parking lot

Fast towing response, excellent driver, user-friendly app. I always have roadside assistance as part of my auto insurance from other major auto insurers but repeated experiences have resulted in 8+ hours of waiting for a tow truck, no-shows and refusal to honor claim for reimbursement after I was told I could call a tow company of my choice and would be reimbursed. I decided to join AAA and it's been a great experience. The AAA app for roadside assistance is so user friendly and easy to use. I don't have to remember my membership number. The app quickly verified my identity. Within five minutes after submitting the response, I was phoned by the designated local tow company, O'Sung, which confirmed the request. The response time including having the tow truck appear ½ hour earlier than the promised time was great. Joining AAA for roadside assistance is especially cost effective and practical.

We’ve been AAA members for over 25 years here in Hawaii and the customer service is always top notch! Hubby bought the roadside service for me cause I use to lock my keys in my car. Recently changed our car insurance over to AAA too. Our experience with everyone from the tow truck drivers to office staff has been excellent!!! Christie has been such a comfort whenever I call to ask questions or need any other assistance. She never makes me feel rushed when asking questions. Whenever we needed roadside service (lock out, a jump, new battery), the drivers were always so courteous. I recently called to take advantage of their travel department and met Kalehua! I had a hard time doing it online and was already stressed when I called. She took care of all our arrangements, and even called back to see how everything went. She took away my stress and gave me piece of mind. We’ve been blessed to only have had great experiences with AAA. Mahalo Gang!

I always feel good walking into the AAA office, and even better walking out. it’s almost always in the middle of my hot town scrambling before a trip, and the shaded parking, nice (but not pushy) staff and cool A/C calm my nerves a lot. I went in today for passport photos, and was out of there in half an hour with photos, an expedited application, and an International Driverʻs Permit - so easy! I use a lot of tows, so membership is absolutely financially worth it. Tried tow service through my insurance, but the quality and speed of service just did not compare. Luckily i overlapped them, and called AAA while waiting endlessly for the other guys. They had me home before I even got a time estimate from my insurance, and helped me with a lot more. I have not been going into the office as much becsuse online maps have fulfilled a lot of my previous reasons, but when i went in today I remembered how much I like them! This location earns 5 stars for sure!

Parking along the building and in the middle with a height restriction of 7’6”, but my racks touched the inside hanging plastic height marker. Walked into AAA from Nimitz entrance and walked towards the back to the service counter. Inquired about getting my international driving permit and it was done in less than 10 minutes. You fill out the form, they take your picture and make you this little pamphlet for $20! I also saw a black rolling tote bag and asked how I could get one of them. So I ended up waiting a bit to speak with an agent and the gave me an auto insurance quote and I was able to get the tote, for free! Overall awesome and friendly service! Mahalo!
